Football Excellence Academy Training!
The FEA holds training sessions every week throughout the whole year.
Our current locations are Penshurst Park (Cnr Forest Rd & King Georges Rd - next to the Hurstville Aquatic Centre) and Gifford Park, (Arcadia St) Penshurst . These sessions run for approximately 1.5 hours, and are football intensive.
We have sessions on,
Monday
6:30pm (ALL AGES) Penshurst Park
Wednesday
6:30pm (ALL AGES) Gifford Park
Sunday
9:30am (ALL AGES) Gifford Park
The training received has been planned to “prepare the footballer” with not only skills and tricks, but fitness, speed, technique and awareness.
After initial assessment by the FEA coaching staff, the player can attend 1, 2 or even 3 sessions a week. The program and player development is reviewed every 13 sessions.
